Everything you need to know for the Dua Lipa Dublin gig

Dua Lipa’s last Irish performance was in the 3Arena for her Future Nostalgia tour in 2022. The Radical Optimum tour show in Aviva Stadium on 27 June 2025, will be her largest performance here yet. It’s the last stop in Europe for the tour and promises to be an electrifying evening.

The tour follows the release of Dua’s third album, Radical Optimism, featuring chart-topping tracks like “Houdini,” “Illusion,” and “Training Session.” On its release, the album soared to number 1 in 11 countries, including the UK, where it achieved the highest first-week sales by a UK female artist since 2021.

Set times and planning for Dua Lipa at Aviva Stadium

While exact set times haven’t been confirmed yet, for large-scale concerts like this one at Aviva Stadium, gates typically open around 5pm, with supporting acts likely starting around 7pm. Dua Lipa is expected to take the stage between 8:30pm and 9pm. Arrive early to avoid long queues and secure a good spot.

Preparation Tips:
  • Tickets: Keep your tickets safe and easily accessible. With large crowds expected, having them ready will help you move through the gates quickly.
  • Transport: Plan your journey to Aviva Stadium in advance and leave with plenty of extra time. Dublin Bus, the LUAS, and the DART will be busier than usual, and delays may occur due to the event’s scale.
  • What to Bring: Pack light but bring essentials such as a fully charged phone, portable charger, ID, and a light rain jacket to prepare for Ireland’s unpredictable weather. Note that large bags may not be permitted inside the venue.
  • Accommodation: If you’re traveling from outside Dublin, book your accommodation as early as possible, as hotels near the stadium will likely sell out quickly.
  • Dublin Itinerary: Make the most of your visit by exploring some of Dublin’s top attractions before the show. Check out visittrinity.ie for tickets to the Book of Kells Experience or a Trinity Trails walking tour.

Dua Lipa’s performance at Aviva Stadium promises to be an unforgettable experience for fans and one of the highlights of the 2025 concert season.
